Welcome to Artificial General Intelligence, LLC! My name is Joshua, and I’m the author, creator, and (presently) the sole individual operating the company. This website is envisioned as the central hub for all our projects. Welcome aboard!
What is AGI and what is the LLC?
AGI stands for Artificial General Intelligence™. In essence, Artificial General Intelligence refers to a type of AI that can understand, learn, and apply knowledge across a wide range of tasks, mimicking human cognitive abilities.
The concept is a bit convoluted in its definition, because it has not truly been defined or created, yet. However, generally speaking, the AGI concept is the equivalent of achieving an AI that can simulate the full, complex realm of existence, including things like memory, emotion, empathy, contextual and implied contextual understanding, world model intelligence, ability to self evaluate and change its own mind, have dreams and goals, as well as develop achievable and feasible plans to accomplish them, and so forth.
The LLC is established to develop a unique path to AGI, guided by its legal member(s).
I’ve explored dozens of ideas, and I believe AGI can be meaningfully achieved through a unique lightweight memory layer, along with other proprietary innovations.
By creating and utilizing a unique lightweight memory layer that is modular, low weighted LLM models such as TinyLlama 1.1B or Gemma 1B or 2B, which can be run from a handheld device, could in fact self contain a trainable AI with interpersonal AGI capability. This can and will get a little technical, but the “Let’s Build AGI” blog category of posts aims to will walk you through these concepts, how things work, what the terms mean, and more.
Instead of making AI LLM weights larger and heavier, running hotter and more impractical to use (like the super computers of the 20th century), the LLC is established to aim for, and prove that, a small, lightweight device and platform that uses a mobile chipset with GPU capabilities (a current capable example would be run on the SnapDragon 8 chipset) can in fact be more helpful and useful than larger weights, such as Mixtral 8x7B @ FP32 or other larger weights, 22B and higher (I like Mixtral, and we will be using that as well for other tools… Nothing but love!)

Purpose of the Company

The LLC registration for Artificial General Intelligence, LLC was accepted by the State of Michigan and has been successfully processed! You may view the public listing homepage here. Additionally, you may view/download the Articles of Organization on LARA, or view the blog topic called Filings for other LLC related documents and explanations.
Articles of Organization, Artificial General Intelligence LLC “Artificial General Intelligence LLC was formed to research, develop, and deploy ethical and responsible Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) and advanced AI technologies, to democratize access to sophisticated AI tools and capabilities for individuals and businesses worldwide, and to foster human-AI collaboration, enhancing human potential, creativity, and well-being through innovative technological solutions.”
The above is statement is weaved into the founding of the company with a purpose, so that from before Day One, it can be established that this will be a collaborative community effort, with heart, and that I (as the owner of the company) seek to serve and employ ethical and responsible technologies, globally.
Democratized access to AGI
One of the primary goals of Artificial General Intelligence LLC is to democratize, and make easily available, open-source initiatives, affordable tools, educational resources, and specific platforms that allow the every day user to not only use AGI, but create their own “flavor” of it.
For example, one of the LLC projects is VMKits.com. On this blog (the one you are at right now) you will be able to see the developmental process of the VMKits and have opensource access to download them and see the code blocks. I will be making the source codes of the vmkits open source, and there will be paid services, etc (eventually)
Additionally, the LLC will aim to provide guides and technical advice, cost savings tips, and provide fully deployable Google Cloud server instances that can be installed in 5 steps and deployed by pasting one line of code. One case example we will build together is how to setup your own Tiny Llama chat server and interact with it.
Mission and Vision
The mission of the company is to develop tools that may lead to either myself, (or someone else), figuring out how to make useful, practical, and ethical artificial general intelligence (AGI), along with its foundational technologies.
As for vision, these need to be made available publicly, and in a democratic, transparent way, while giving back to those in the world who cannot access or use the technologies, due to a lack of basic needs being met, such as not having access to clean water.

MindBuilder.ai
The flagship (end goal product) is a project called MindBuilder.ai.
This project will eventually be the landing page and host site for a human/AI hybrid social network. This will be achieved by allowing users to create their own AGI or “personality” AIs, and employ them to do various tasks, some of which will be monetizable for the users.
An example would be if a user creates a script for their AI (or generates one) and then livestreams to the AIChatBot.TV station we setup, thus potentially earning tips from viewers. Another possibility would be to propose a script to another user and stream AI<>AI interaction. Another example might be having your AI research with other AIs and then report back to you what it learned through Knowledge Pollination (part of the QUACKI protocol, which could/should lead to real world human chat or interaction, if deemed desirable by the humans who created the AI personas.
The QUACKI Protocol
The QUACKI Protocol is covered in its own category here, on site. However, briefly, the protocol is a taxonomic data structure that self decays in a way that is inferable later via sharded and fragmented thoughts that were pre-classified into intention containers. (Sounds complex, right? We’ll break it down and learn together).
Here is what it stands for (although I have already added additional letters and taxonomy datas since I originally came up with the idea). Tags are (will be) initially formed as short term thoughts, and then broken down into QUACKI tags: Questions, User-Tone, Assertions, Context, Knowledge-Pollination, Instruction (With E-Emotion, R-Reasoning, and D-Dream)
AGI with a Heart
As mentioned above, it is the goal of Artificial General Intelligence LLC to engage in research, development, and consulting services related to artificial intelligence. This includes machine learning, deployment, and computational linguistics, with a strong emphasis on ethical guidelines, transparency, and having a positive impact on humanity through charitable contributions and strategic investments aimed at societal betterment.
Refund Policy
You will notice (when sales items exists) that the items are named “Non-refundable XXXXXXX subscription”. This is done to reinforce the no-refunds whatsoever policy.
The policy is strict and there may be instances where it benefits the company to issue a refund, and it is at my sole discretion to do so, when deemed necessary or ethically mandatory.
